Plaza Coral Gables

Plaza Coral Gables is transforming the city’s business district with timeless architecture, modern amenities, and a vibrant mix of hotel, office, retail, dining, and residential spaces—all centered around a one-acre public plaza linked to Ponce Circle Park.

InfraSol delivered the IT and low-voltage backbone, including a secure high-performance network, enterprise Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, intercom, integrated telephony, and a state-of-the-art Security Operations Center. These systems ensure operational efficiency, safety, and scalability for future needs.

Tabernacle of Glory Church

Location: 390 NW 161st St, Miami, FL 33169
The Tabernacle of Glory Church project transformed a large worship facility into a modern, multifunctional space for both in-person and broadcast worship. The facility features a spacious sanctuary with professional lighting, sound, and video systems, flexible seating, classrooms, offices, and community spaces.

InfraSol provided the low-voltage backbone with CCTV, access control, intercom, telephony, enterprise Wi-Fi, and structured cabling ensuring safety, connectivity, and operational efficiency.

575 Rosemary

Location: 575 Rosemary Ave. West Palm Beach, FL 33401
575 Rosemary is a 21-story mixed-use tower with 364 residences, including workforce housing, and over 61,000 square feet of office, restaurant, and retail space. Amenities include a fitness center, pool, and rooftop gardens.

InfraSol implemented low-voltage systems including CCTV, access control, and intercom to enhance security, streamline operations, and elevate the resident experience.

Pier 66

Location: 2301 SE 17th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316
Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale is undergoing a transformative redevelopment to reestablish itself as a premier luxury resort and world-class marina. The property will feature luxury accommodations, dining, retail, residences, and a cutting-edge marina.

InfraSol delivered the low-voltage and technology backbone with CCTV, access control, intercom, structured cabling, and a Security Operations Center, ensuring luxury paired with safety and efficiency.

Juan Pablo Duarte Park

Juan Pablo Duarte Park in Miami offers athletic fields, playgrounds, fitness areas, and family-friendly amenities.

InfraSol enhanced the park’s safety with a comprehensive CCTV system covering high-traffic areas. The system deters vandalism, enables real-time monitoring, and provides recorded footage for faster response creating a secure and welcoming community space.

Finker-Frenkel Wish House

The Finker-Frenkel Wish House in Miami’s Overtown district, designed by Arquitectonica, is the home of Make-A-Wish Southern Florida. Its striking blue-glass facade and immersive spaces embody the organization’s spirit of hope.

InfraSol deployed CCTV and access control systems to ensure secure monitoring, controlled access, and peace of mind for staff, volunteers, and families.

La Salle High School Field House & Locker Room Expansion

The La Salle High School expansion modernized locker rooms, training areas, and accessibility features to better serve students and community programs.

The Casino @ Dania Beach

The Casino @ Dania Beach is a South Florida entertainment destination featuring gaming, poker, live shows, dining, and events.

InfraSol upgraded the property’s security with advanced CCTV coverage, access control, and an intercom system. These improvements strengthened safety, communications, and operational efficiency.

Miami Design District

InfraSol has partnered with the Miami Design District since 2013, when it first deployed district-wide Cisco network, Wi-Fi, and telephony systems. Recently, InfraSol refreshed the infrastructure to improve reliability, coverage, and capacity.

The upgrades ensure scalability to meet growing demands from retail, dining, art, and public spaces, keeping the district a world-class destination.

Golden Glades Garage

Location: 16000 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33169
InfraSol deployed a Parking Guidance System at the Golden Glades Garage using ultrasonic and camera-based sensors for real-time availability. Dynamic LED signage, color-coded indicators, and license plate recognition improve driver experience, security, and operations.

The phased project included cabling, sensor and camera installation, signage, integration, and testing, reducing congestion and optimizing parking management.

Miami Design District

The Miami Design District is a creative neighborhood and shopping destination dedicated to innovative art, fashion, design, architecture and dining. InfraSol served as a main channel for IT related communications and design throughout the project. Our engineering team working together with Ownership, the General Contractor and Sub-Contractors we successfully deployed a Core Network Infrastructure that supports all the design district’s integrated technology needs.

Systems Include: CCTV, Access Control, Emergency Phones, Building Automation, Revenue Control, and a Wireless Network throughout 6-city blocks.

City View Parking Garage & Offices

Location: 3800 NE 1st Avenue, Miami, FL 33137

One of Miami Design District’s many architectural gems include City View Garage. The garage features two unique facades designed by architecture firms Leong Leong & Iwamoto Scott. InfraSol provided a Network Infrastructure to support the garage’s integrated technology needs.

Systems Include: CCTV, Access Control, Emergency Phone, Building Automation, Revenue Control and a Wireless Network throughout the entire garage.

Panorama Tower

Location: 1101 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33131

Already the tallest residential building on the eastern seaboard south of New York, Panorama Tower will rise 85 stories over the Miami skyline, in the epicenter of Brickell Avenue. InfraSol was selected to deliver a full security system infrastructure that consists of IP surveillance cameras, access controlled doors, access controlled elevators, multiple access controlled parking gates and intercom stations throughout the facility.

Mid-Town Parking Garage

Location: 3401 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33127

Mid-Town Miami invested and completely revolutionized their client’s parking experience by adding a SMART Parking Guidance System to their existing 1,156 space parking garage. InfraSol delivered a Turn-Key, SMART Parking Guidance System that not only enhanced a customer’s parking experience but alleviated the frustration of finding an available space.

Aventura Mall Parking Garage

Location: 19501 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura, FL 33180

Aventura Mall’s continued expansion included the construction of a new 1,300 space parking garage. InfraSol was engaged to deliver a Turn-Key, SMART Parking Guidance System that consisted of channel raceway, sensors, control cabinets, loop detection units and signage throughout the parking garage. Through proper team coordination, InfraSol successfully delivered on its promise to our client.

Riverglades Elementary School – (24) Classroom Building Addition

Location: 7400 Parkside Drive Parkland, FL 33067

In addition to the school’s existing campus, InfraSol was contracted to deliver a turn-key structured cabling infrastructure to support the new building’s voice, data and wi-fi requirements under BCPS standards. The school was provided with an enhanced CAT6 infrastructure, telecommunication room build-out, copper/fiber back-bone system and a 25-year warranty. InfraSol delivered the project ahead of schedule and within budget.

Sawgrass Mall Parking Garage

Location: 12801 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33323

Sawgrass Mills Mall’s continued expansion project included the addition of a new 5-story, 1,400 space parking garage. The new garage was provided with a Turn-Key SMART Parking Guidance System to accommodate the additional growth of visitors expected after the addition of new retail stores, restaurants and entertainment. Park-Assist and InfraSol’s team effort, under a strict construction schedule, was rewarded with a successful project completion, on time and within budget. The system met the client’s expectations and today, shoppers enjoy the luxuries of high end retail, dining and parking at Sawgrass Mall.

Brickell City Centre Parking Garages

Location: 701 S Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33130

Brickell City Centre is a $1.05 billion development that occupies 9.1 acres along South Miami Avenue between 6th and 8th Street in downtown Miami. It is one of the largest projects recently completed in downtown Miami. The project consists of two residential towers, two mid-rise office towers and a 263-room hotel. In addition, the mixed-use development includes 500,000 sqft of retail shopping, entertainment & restaurant space for a grand total of 5.4 million sqft. BCC has a total of three, two-level underground parking garages spanning 7-acres below the property with a total of 2,600 parking spaces.

Together, with Park-Assist, InfraSol deployed a Turn-Key SMART Parking Guidance System to facilitate customer’s parking experience throughout the project’s 7-acre, 2,600 space parking garages. The system design included the installation of channel raceway, sensors, control and loop cabinets, LPR Cameras, Kiosks and a data, power and fiber optic cabling infrastructure.
