Carlos is a skilled and versatile professional with extensive leadership experience within the Information Technology (I.T.) industry. In his previous roles, Carlos has served as a Director of I.T., Customer Services Director, and Helpdesk Support Services Director for various companies. He has been successful throughout his twenty-five years in I.T. through his contributions to staff members, alliances, suppliers, clients, and the South Florida community. Carlos’s capabilities in strategic planning, operational efficiencies, and adherence to best practices are highlighted by his many accomplishments throughout his professional career.
